THE PROCESS

In your initial call, we will assess your needs and identify if you require urgent support, such as in the case of a death at home or in a nursing home. We will then offer the assistance and guidance you need, ensuring you understand the next steps to take.

If you formally instruct us to act as your funeral director, we will need to take some details from you so we can bring your loved one into our care at our funeral home in Preston, Paignton. When your loved one is brought into our care we make sure they are comfy and dignified.

We will help and guide you regarding the Medical Examiner, Coroner, and the registration process. The only thing we cannot do on your behalf is register the death. We will book an appointment with you to discuss all of your options and choices and build the service with you.

Katie will start to bring all of your choices and decisions together to build the service. She will keep in close contact with you to make sure everything is just how you want it to be on the day.
