We welcome the changes, and we far exceed the current requirements. We want to communicate to families that research is the only way to get the best service at the most competitive costs. That is why we are completely transparent in all aspects of our service.

The changes are not perfect and need to be done with far more clarity and media coverage but they are a start. As our industry heads towards regulation we are going above and beyond the expected requirements.
We will be promoting these changes that are ultimately designed to protect families and their loved ones. Please remember some of the requirements are required by law and any funeral director not displaying this information correctly is breaking the law.

CLARITY IS EVERYTHING
In 2022, the Competition and Market Authority completed its review into the funeral industry. They put legal requirements in place to help families understand the cost of a funeral and give them the tools they need to compare services and fees. It is certainly not perfect, and we show far more information than is required by law, but it is a step in the right direction.
The following information must be displayed on a funeral director's website and in their funeral home by law.
